The Novena to the Divine Mercy is a Catholic novena originating from Faustina Kowalska's diary "Divine Mercy in My Soul." It is an integral part of the Divine Mercy devotion. Each day of the novena focuses on specific groups of people, particularly Catholics, immersing them in the Sacred Heart through prayers to God the Father and Jesus. According to Faustina, Jesus revealed to her that she would continue praying this Divine Mercy novena in heaven and that he would grant admission into heaven to all those she interceded for. Jesus assured her that he would not deny his divine grace to anyone, as she pleaded for his grace on behalf of the people in light of his Passion.
